Grilled salmon with pesto

200 gr Salmon filet ( Original base amount: 200 gr, Original Measure: SOLID )
75 ml Greek yoghurt ( Original base amount: 75 ml, Original Measure: FLUID )
50 ml Green pesto ( Original base amount: 50 ml, Original Measure: FLUID )

  1. Salt, pepper and oil the salmon and scorch it quickly in a hot frying-pan goldbrown on both sides. Put down the heat and bake the salmon for another 10 minutes.

  2. Mix the yoghurt, pesto, lemon juice and a little bit olive oil.

  3. Spread the sauce over the salmon and garnish with the rucola.
