Mango soup

Ingredients
40 gr Sugar ( Original base amount: 40 gr, Original Measure: solid )
150 ml Greek yoghurt ( Original base amount: 150 ml, Original Measure: FLUID )
30 ml Cream ( Original base amount: 30 ml, Original Measure: FLUID )
1 pc Mango ( Original base amount: 1 pc, Original Measure: PIECE )

  1. Remove the seed from the mango en put the pulp with the sugar en lemonjuice in a big bowl. Mash till it's smooth.

  2. Add the yoghurt and the cream and stir it shortly.

  3. Pour the mango soup in small bowls, and cool for at least 1 hour. Garnish with lemonrasp.
