90 gr Sugar ( Original base amount: 90 gr, Original Measure: solid )
30 pc Lemon juice ( Original base amount: 30 pc, Original Measure: PIECE )
90 ml Water ( Original base amount: 90 ml, Original Measure: fluid )
100 gr Watermelon pulp ( Original base amount: 100 gr, Original Measure: SOLID )
30 ml Kirsch ( Original base amount: 30 ml, Original Measure: FLUID )

  1. Mix in a microwave bowl the sugar with the water and heat it for 3 minutes at 500 watt. Stir the sugar syrup and let it cool down.

  2. Remove the seeds from the watermelon and mash the pulp. Mix this with the sugar syrup, lemon juice and the kirsch untill you like the taste.

  3. Pour everything in a bowl, cover it up and cool it for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.

  4. Enjoy.
