480 ml Vanilla frosting ( Original base amount: 480 ml, Original Measure: FLUID )
180 ml Flaked coconut ( Original base amount: 180 ml, Original Measure: FLUID )
180 ml Pecans, chopped ( Original base amount: 180 ml, Original Measure: FLUID )
90 ml Thick caramel ice cream topping ( Original base amount: 90 ml, Original Measure: FLUID )
12 pc Oreo cookies, fineley chopped ( Original base amount: 12 pc, Original Measure: PIECE )

  1. Make the cake mix and bake it. Cool completely.

  2. Mix frosting, coconut, pecans and caramel topping. Place 1 cake layer on serving plate; spread with half the frosting mixture. Top with half the chopped cookies, pressing gently into frosting.

  3. Top with remaining cake layer; spread top with reaming frosting mixture. Sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies, pressing gently into frosting. Makes 12 servings.
